Alliance History

In 1985, The Alliance of Christian Churches began a ministry for evangelical Christians, desiring to fellowship with 'minister outside the box'.  Desiring  to found a ministry that represented an inclusive coalition, and laid the foundation for the birthing of the Alliance of Christian Churches. In 1987, the ADVance  Conference was birthed. As the Fall ADVance grew, there was a desire to give the ministry back to the church.  Therefore, in October 1996, a Constitution was developed; twenty-seven churches chartered the Alliance of Christian Churches.

Since the first thirty-five attendees, the Fall ADVANCE conference continues to grow tremendously and annually moves to various cities around the US.  The Alliance of Christian Churches is Christ-centered, Biblically focused and evangelical.  It is reported to be the largest non-denominational Christian fellowship of its kind, with US and international affiliations.

With such tremendous enthusiasm, growth has been inevitable and resulted in the development of our Outreach. Outreach includes: Fall Conference, church support, education, evangelism,  local and global missions. In the spring of each year, networking churches/para-churches hold regional retreats known as ACCTS (Alliance of Christian Churches Teaching Seminar) Weekends.  Spring ACCTS is a time of regional fellowship and  discussion of the plans God has put into motion in our regional as well as global ministry.

With the Alliance of Christian Churches' desire to grow and grow the 'Kingdom of God', we are working together to demonstrate the Love of Jesus Christ by opening the doors of various conferences and events, not limiting  to affiliated members.  ALL who desire affirming Christian fellowship are welcome to visit.

Though the history of the Alliance of Christian Churches may seem short, our future is forever in the LORD!
